USING LOVE & SYMPATHY SET

Yesterday was an extremely busy day deliving items to my mother that she needed and visiting with her...........and then running errands to several places for myself.  By the time I got home I was too tired to think of posting something so today I am giving two different versions of the same stamp set I used on Wednesday's card.  I hope you like them.

I love the graceful flower from this stamp set so I decided to make more cards using just the flower.  The flower on both of these cards were stamped once and then a second time.

For this card I used Wisteria Wonder and Lucky Limeade markers to color the image.  The image was then mounted on a second piece of white card stock using foam dots.  The mat is Wisteria Wonder card stock.  Before adding the layers to the card front, I embossed the edge of the card front using one of the folders from the set of SU Textured Impressions.

The colors used on this card are:  Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantelope.  I embossed a portion of the off white card stock using the Beautiful Baroque embossing folder.  My original plan was to add a tiny sentiment on the portion of the off white layer that is not embossed but that didn't work, so I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Sketched stamp set and then cut it out with the Decorative Label punch.  I lightly sponged the Pistachio Pudding ink around the edges and added it with foam dots.  The card base is Pistachio Pudding.

Remember if there is anything Stampin' Up! that you would like to order, I would be very happy to help you.  Thank you for stopping by!
