HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TARYN!

Tomorrow is our granddaughter Taryn's birthday.  She will be 8 years old.  This is the card we have sent her and hope it arrives on time.  This cute little ice cream cone is from a set of 3 stamps from DeNami.  The other two designs are a piece of cake and an ice cream sundae.  The black scalloped frame around each of the cones is from a separate set of 3 stamps from DeNami and the sentiment is also from a 3 piece set from DeNami.

I colored the designs with SU Markers and then cut scalloped squares with Spellbinders dies to mat the images.  I'm not sure if you can see it in the picture, but the card base was embossed with a folder that has random dots.

Taryn won't be celebrating her birthday until a week from today.  When the movie "Frozen" came out Taryn (along with so many other children) fell in love with it and made a video of herself singing "Let it Go" which was hilarious!

Her party is going to be awesome and I would love to be a "mouse in the corner" when she gets a big surprise.  Naturally it is going to have a "Frozen" theme.   The only thing I had to go along with "Frozen" for her card was ice cream.   Her mother has hired a professional to come dressed as Elsa from the movie Frozen and she will be having her picture taken with her in front of "snowflake" drop behind them.  Her birthday cake is going to be a Castle and they are having a Candy Buffet with all blue and white candies.

We bought her a "Frozen" game to add to their Infinity game.  Taryn is the youngest of our daughter's four children and I think this is a case of spoiling the baby in the family.  :)

What do you think?  Thanks for stopping by!

What a cool card to add to the Frozen theme. I think she will be over the moon when she sees what is planned for her. Would love to hear her singing! How fun :)

Great card, Vicki! (I was going to say "cool" but Sheri beat me to it. LOL!)So perfect for a "Frozen" theme party. Her party sounds really awesome. How nice to be the baby:)

My card was modeled after one I saw on Pinterest.  That card used a die with larger trees.  This die is from Penny Black.  I liked the large...
