WASHI TAPE - Day 4


The Washi tape for this card is from Stampin' Up!.  I stamped and die cut the Flower Shop piece and added small black metal dots to the center.  The Happy Birthday die cut is from Whimsy Stamps.  This was a CASE of a card I saw on Pinterest.
