BLACK AND TURQUOISE Color Swap


In August our Yahoo group had a "Black and Any Shade of Blue" card swap.  Thiss is the card I made for my partner.  I used strips of Washi Tape and then added stamped and punched flowers form the Stampin' Up! Flower Shop set.

This is very pretty...turquoise & black is a classic color combo! Now I want a few more rolls of assorted washi tape!
