I was able to mix supplies from various companies to make my Easter cards.  I was so pleased that many of the papers from Echo Park worked with Stampin' Up! card stock colors.

I'm not sure, but I think these four cards were made with papers from an Echo Park 6 x 6 pad.  The cover of the pad was missing.  Really fun designs to work with!

CLEAN AND SIMPLE: CHALLENGE PP777

I just happened to make two of these cards over the weekend and discovered that there is a Clean and Simple Challenge on The Paper Players.  You can't get much more clean and simple that this card which I did with a Spellbinders 3D Embossing Folder.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up!.

USING TRIANGLES

Rita Holms had a video a few weeks ago making a card using triangles.  Her YouTube video can be found HERE.  It is an easy card to make.  I made the second one reversing the placement of the papers.

QUILT BLOCK FOR EASTER

Last week I happened to watch a video from Julie Heitz.  She makes a lot of cards using quilt patterns.  They are a lot of fun and I hadn't made one for a while so I thought I would see if I could come up with one for Easter.  The dsp I chose is the retired "Daffodil Afternoon" which is retired from Stampin' Up!

The design is actually done on a 6" x 6" square and then cut apart for 4 cards.  I did quilt one with an embossing folder but actually liked the boldness of the square without it.  That card has not been finished at the time I am scheduling this post but if I get it done, I will add it here as well.

I used a combination of papers from Echo Park, Stampin' UP! and a third company for the flowered pieces.   These five cards are part of the 50 that are going to Westridge Care Center.  More to follow.

50 of this design are going to another Care Center.  I was able to put all of the stamps on my MISTI, ink them all at once and stamp them to the 3 3/4"  5" piece of card stock.  (Correction:  The grass was stamped separately.)  I used Copic markers to color the designs.
