The chevrons were cut from Neutral 6 x 6 dsp with Die-Namics dies.  I chose the Soft Suede and Crumb Cake pieces because I thought they would make a great masculine card.  These pieces were added to a base made from the new Basic Beige cardstock.

This is also a piece of dsp from the Thoughtful Journey dsp collection.  The die I used for the birch trees has trees across the entire die cut.  I cut out a section to showcase the dsp, stamped some birds and added the deer.

Tracy Bradley has a card on Pinterest which provided the inspiration for this card.  I chose the same section of dsp that she had used.  All I did different, I think, was to use a different label piece and sentiment.  I love the watercolor look to the background.

Tomorrow I'll have another card with a little different take on the same design. Thank you for coming by today!

My basic card was CASED from one that I saw on Pinterest by LeeAnn Greff.  I changed the die cut piece that I added to the front.  The butterfly piece is a die from Poppy Stamps.

Cindy Brumbaugh had a video showing how to make this "Floating Strip" card.  I had made one a long time ago but it was fun to do again using paper from the "Thoughtful Journey" dsp collection.

Recently I watched a video by Jackie Bolhuis where she showed how "doodling" with a gel pen on a piece of dsp can transform the total look of your project.  Below are pictures of two cards that were made from a single 6 x 6 piece of this dsp.

This made 2 very quick note cards.
