EASTER BLESSINGS - Card and Envelope

This card is pretty much a CASE of one I saw in a video.  I'm sorry I didn't make a note of whose video that was.  These dies are so much fun to work with.  Below is the coordinating envelope that I made for the card.

STAMPIN' UP! - Eden's Garden Bundle

The papers from this dsp pack are just beautiful!  It is hard to see in the picture, but I randomly stamped a design on the solid green piece.  Two sprigs were used behind the stamped image.  I love these stamps that they are making now that can be inked one time and still give the variation of color when applied to the card stock.

TWO EASTER CARDS

The card above and below are samples of the cards that my friends and I made for the independent living center and two nursing homes.  The one above was made using stamps from a Lawn Fawn set that I have used multiple times.

STAMPIN' UP! - Simply Elegant DSP & Elegantly Said Stamp Set

Connie Stewart had a video on August 5, 2022 showing some fun cards using circles cut from dies.  One of the ones she made was very similar to this.  I had the paper so had to give it a try.  The flowers beside "Happy Anniversary" were fussy cut from a piece of the paper.  A second card below was made using the other half of the dsp and a different flower which was also fussy cut.

TWO CARDS FROM 2 PCS OF DSP

These two pieces are from the Stampin' UP! Daffodil Afternoon designer series paper pack.  I'll have to admit the darker piece was not my favorite when I pulled out the entire 12 x 12 sheet.  Then I saw a card made like this on the blog of Wanda Pettijohn for February 17, 2022.  I decided I liked the paper after all.  Since it involves cutting both  4" x 5 1/4" pieces at an angle, I had enough to make two cards.  You can see the second one below.

On the first card, I colored the flower from Color Contour stamp set with a blender that was a little more pink.  For the second card I used Petal Pink.

CASING STAMPIN UP DIE

I'm not sure who makes the little die but it is very similar to a set that Stampin' Up! has.  I had been seeing some cards made with the SU dies and decided the ones I have could be used the same way.  This was my first card using one of them.

FINAL TWO EASTER CARDS

After getting 28 Easter cards ready to send, I'm ready to move on to something new.  These two cards were made previously but just needed to have sentiments added.  (Since I am actually preparing this post already on March 15th through April 1st, I'll have to see what I can come up with to post next.)
