EASY TREAT BAG

Saturday I watched Juli Baca (Sunny Day Stamping) make some of these cute little bag for treats.  Hers were not for Halloween, but I decided to pull out some of my retired Halloween dsp and make a few to hand out.  They are so easy and quick to make so if  you want to make some for some special Trick-or-Treaters, you still time.

These are the first two I made, but I like the two above the best.

USING STRIPS OF DSP.

This is actually a card I made last year so I may have posted it then.  I didn't have anything planned for today so I decided to show this one.  I'm not always thrilled with the cards that I make like this using strips, but I do like this one.  It's so colorful.

ONE-SHEET-WONDER USING FINE ART FLORAL

A few days ago I watched a video from Robin Armbrecht.  She showed how she made 8 cards from a 12 x 12 piece of designer series paper.  One of the samples she showed used this same dsp and since I still had some of it, I thought it would be fun to make the cards.  However, I only made 7 of the 8.  I combined pieces from two of the examples into one card.  The first card is my favorite of the ones I made.

The sheet I used had the perfect reverse side to use for this project.  I'm not real happy with the sentiment pieces I added, but since I'm concentrating on Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas cards, I just wanted to finish these quickly.

VARIETY OF HALLOWEEN CARDS

These are pictures of a variety of cards my friends and I made for the Independent Living Center.  Ideally I like to make all of the same thing for each of the places where we donate cards.  Mass producing a design is always easier.  However, I had cards left from 2022 and decided to use what I had and make additional for what we needed.

ALL ABOUT AUTUMN & LEAF EMBOSSING FOLDER

Today's card is a CASE of one I saw on Pinterest although I did make a couple of changes.  I chose to use the embossing folder with the leave and I used a Poppy Stamps Maple Leaf die for the Pretty Peacock focal point.  I'm loving this paper!

ALL ABOUT AUTUMN

Due to the generosity of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was able to obtain half of a package of this paper.  This is one of the designs I used with three of the sheets.  It is one of the Stack, Cut & Shuffle ways to make 3 cards at the same time.  Stack the papers.  Cut them down to 4" x 5 1/4".  Then make cuts so you have three sections.  Shuffle the designs so that each card has one of the patterns.  Just that quick you have 3 cards.

I had strips of this paper left from yesterday's card and decided to put them to use.  I don't have the coordinating stamps and dies so I pulled out this beautiful Maple Leaf die from Poppy Stamps.  Quick and easy card!
