I cased these two cards from ones I saw on Pinterest.  I'm trying to use up what is left of the Stampin' Up! Wonderful World dsp which was free in a previous Sale-A-Bration.  I still have some and hope to get a few more cards done very quickly.

These last few weeks have been very busy!  Some of you may be accustomed to a busy schedule, but I a am much happier with a slow pace.  One of the things we have been doing is following our youngest granddaughter playing volleyball in her Senior year.........or as we call it....."chasing the bus".  This has involved one or two games during the week and three Saturday tournaments.

In addition to this I have been pushing myself to get the Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas cards finished for the four care centers..........175 cards for each holiday.  THEY ARE DONE!

The card above is what one of the centers will receive............I made 50 of them.  Using the MISTI was a must to make these.  The ornaments are from the "Whimsical Trees" stamp set.  The evergreen is from "Evergreen Elegance" stamp set and the sentiment is from "Beautiful Season".

Yesterday morning while scanning Facebook, I saw a post by Claudia Hayes in a quilted cards group.  She had made several cards with this idea.  Someone asked about measurements and she so generously shared them.  My sister quilts so I immediately got out my Fall paper pad and made a card that I will send her and her huband for Thanksgiving.

Inside I used some left over pieces to make the border.

If you want to see how the card was made THIS is the video from Rita Holmes.

While I had the "Whimsy and Wonder" dsp on my table, I found a way to use a couple of left over pieces from other projects.

This is a card I made after watching Rita Holmes' video one week ago (9/16/25).  The dsp is from the retired SU "Whimsy and Wonder" collection.  The sentiment is from "Joyous Celebrations".

More "Beauty of the Earth" dsp. I embossed the white strip with one of the folders from "Wintry 3D" pack.  I love the large butterfly added as a focal point.
