I stamped the "Happy Valentine's Day" first trying to center it at an angle. I then added the Washi Tape strips evenly spaced above and below. This is only one of two cards where a sentiment was on the outside of the card. I'm not sure how I feel about this one.

This is a great QACAS card. I have some heart-patterned washi tape, too, but I never think to use it. Thanks for the inspiration.
