Another card from the Too Cool Stamping video.  The card she made had the center section flip up and it was just placed on a flat 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base. I placed the center panel on the front of a regular A2 card base that is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4")  My front panel does not flip up like hers.
