If you follow my blog at times, you may have seen other "Quilt" cards that I have posted.  Julie Heitz comes up with some really fun designs and "Piano key" design was really easy to do.  It is also a great way to use some of your tiny coordinating scraps.  The paper I used is the retired Stampin' Up! Hydranga Hill dsp.
