I can't remember what this type of fold is called but when I pulled out this paper and did a search on Pinterest, I saw one made basically like this. I did end up cutting a deeper angle from what I understood she did. Actually you don't really need to have a measurement other than the width of the card and the scoring measurements. The directions she gave does not have equal size sections but it still works.
I wasn't satisfied with the deep angle of this card so I made a second one shown below. I am much happier with it.
