I believe this is what they call a "Joy Fold". The "Bee Happy" Echo Park paper pad has great dsp pieces but also these ready to use sentiment items.

Great combination of papers, and a cool fold.
I really like this fold. Pretty papers, too. It's nice when you find a pre-printed sentiment you can use, isn't it?
