This Valentine is made on white cardstock with a layer of red and then another layer of white cut slightly smaller. The top white layer was run through the Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots folder. I used the small rose stamp and colored with Copic markers. The rose was then punched using a Marvy scalloped oval and layered on red cardstock which was punched using the next size larger scalloped oval punch.
