This is a fun fold card.  I couldn't find the video that I watched but the measurements are very simple.  The card base is 8 1/2 degrees so I could score at 2" and 3 1/8" again on that side.  I added dsp to the two side panels but didn't add any further dsp to the other sections.  The cross was done with an embossing folder and then trimmed.  The floral spray is from an old SU set that I stamped, colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut it.

I did see two videos that were similar but more detailed. This video and this video are variations on what I made.
