At first glance this appears to be a typical book binder style card. Well, it is but it is also a gate fold. You can see how it opens in the second picture.
I added a little Velcro piece on the back side of the arch to help keep it closed.

NOTE: I should have added this information but at the time I had forgotten where I saw this idea. Since there is interest in the measurements, I have found the video by Robin Armbrecht. The measurements and scoring for this is as follows:
4 1/4 x 11 for the Base. Score at 2 1/8", 3 3/8" and 8 7/8". Have fun with the layout.

Very cool layout - I haven't seen that before. And great papers and other elements to make a wonderful card!
Interesting card design. I know I have some small self-stick velcro closures somewhere...if I can just remember where I put them.
