I saw a sample card like this at Heirloom Designs so I bought the die to make one like it. It is such a lovely piece and can be used for various occasions. I used Stampin' Up Pool Party card stock for the die cut and the bottom mat. I also happened to have some tiny pearls that matched the color and added those to finish off the card.
