I had this colored sprig of flowers in my box of pieces. There was a lot of white space so I decided to put the main sentiment on the front Inside I stamped Happy Birthday.

What a pretty bouquet of flowers, Vicki. Great idea to stamp the greeting on the inside and the "Happy Birthday" on the outside.
