On January 30, Rita Holmes had THIS video on Facebook. The folds on the leafy panel are done much like the folds for a "drape fold" card. The picture is a little dark but the card base is Evening Evergreen card stock.

I watched a couple of Rita's videos. She has made some cute cards. Yours looks great, too. I may have to give this idea a try.
