A friend, Andrea, celebrated her birthday recently and I made this card for her. Unfortunately she had to see a picture of it instead of the real thing..........USPS never delivered it. :(
The card base is made of a pink shimmer paper. I used a Cuttlebug folder on most of the front but left room at the bottom to score a couple lines and then stamp the "Best Wishes". The ovals were cut with the new Spellbinders Deckled Ovals. The stamped design is from Flourishes and was colored with Copic markers.
