The card base for this post is just a plain white. I cut a black piece of card stock and embossed it with an SU folder (which doesn't show up in this picture). The image was stamped with the SU Awash with Flowers using the black outlined stamps and then stamping the petals a second time with Petal Pink ink. The same pink card stock was used as a narrow layer under the stamped images. Get Well sentiment is from Hero Arts.
Today is Palm Sunday and yet Mother Nature seems to be sending us an early 2014 Christmas scene outside -- it is snowing here.
I really need to get busy getting our information together and doing our Income Tax Return. I really did let things go longer this year than I like. So between getting that accomplished and having two young grandchildren here for a few days this week I can't promise what will be showing up on my blog for a few days. We will be making Easter cookies, Chocolate Chip cookies for Grandpa and making cards.

Very pretty card. So soft. We got snow too. They are talking a warm up by weeks end but then next week will be in the 40's again. Normal for first week of April is high 50's.
The strip of black really showcases the images....GREAT card!
