When I was organizing and going through my baskets of card pieces, I found a 4 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece with this design stamped an already colored.  I cut and embossed the piece with a Spellbinders Labels Eleven die.  While it was still in the die, I lightly sponged the design with Stampin' Up! Barely Blue ink.

 

Then I cut and embossed a piece of SU Real Red card stock with the next larger die for the mat.  I added the piece to a white mat that had been embossed with the Swiss Dots folder and then onto the card.
