The first step for this card was to choose watercolor card stock and spritz it with water. I used Color Burst powders for the color and used a brush to move the colors slightly. The bunny is from Impression Obsession, the clouds from Papertreyink and the cute little flowers are from Paper Smooches. I did sponge a very light pink on the clouds so they would stand out against the white background.
