The card on top is a book binder card.  As you can tell, I have become addicted to making these.  This is by far my favorite style.  It's quick and easy and such a fun way to combine four different designs of dsp.  Just go to YouTube and do a search for quilt cards.  There are a lot videos there to help get you started.
