Recently I made a few cards which used "apple" themes. This is one of them. The paper for the background was double-sided so I cut a strip of the design from the back side and ran it across the checkered side. The apple shapes were cut with Spellbinders dies. It made a quick and easy card but I think a fun one to send to someone for various occasions.....especially at this time of year.

Here's ANOTHER CLEVER IDEA! Using both sides of the paper on the same card. That little strip is perfect. My daughter is a school teacher and would love this card as well!
