Oh, that is so pretty, Vicki! I just love that color blue. I'm sure Joanne really appreciated the beautiful card.
Love the layout of this one. Your vase/flower pot fits so perfectly in the white space. This is a lovely card, and I'm sure your friend appreciated it.
