While scrolling through videos on YouTube, I stumbled across a video from Dena Renfro from 7 years ago where she showed some cards using Washi Tape. The first card she made used this stamp set and similar tape. You can see her video here. The first card here is pretty much like hers.
My second card just changed up the sentiment I used.

Your card is so pretty, so I watched the video and thought she had some great ideas using washi tape. I'm going to give one or more of them a try.
